VFW Review: Took a Year, Still No Feedback

The Veterans of Foreign Wars conducted and agency review that was strung out for over a year.  The review suffered from lack of clarity on service expectations, failure to adhere to time lines, and failure to provide participants with feedback.

Well Done, Dean Foods

Dean Foods received high marks for their fourth quarter 2009 Friendship Dairies review. A community member Report Card indicates that this Mzyme (Janet Bustin) led review was well run, with a fair process and a timely decision.

Shame on Gabriella DeTora and Cooper Health

Cooper Healthcare System recently conducted an agency review that was facilitated by consultant Gabrielle DeTora. The review entailed an exhaustive RFP, an excessive number of agency participants and now agencies are being asked to pay $1500 to get debriefed on the selection factors.
